| Schemes Guidelines | There are four general financial assistance schemes being administered in the school, providing for needy pupils. They are namely: 1. MOE: Financial Assistance Scheme 2. St. Hilda's School SMC Financial Assistance Scheme
| | 1. MOE: Revised Financial Assistance Scheme | · Full waiver of school fees ($5.00 X 12 months = $60.00) and standard miscellaneous fees ($8.00 x 12 months= $96.00) Note: 2nd Tier miscellaneous fees is $7.00 (payment can be made using Edusave)
· Textbook grant (to be adhered to strictly) - Only approved textbooks issued by MOE - Inclusive of exercise books, jotters, drawing blocks, writing pads, pencil, eraser, ruler. etc only for family receiving social welfare.
Eligibility Citizens who meet the following income criterion:

St Hilda's Secondary School (SMC) Financial Assistance Scheme | Forms of financial assistance available are: · Uniform and PE attire · Meal allowance Based on $2.00 per week day i.e. ($2.00 x 179) = $358.00, where total no. of days from Jan to Oct = 179 days, excluding school and public holidays.
Eligibility All approved MOE cases and by application, case by case discretion. Pupils must have a record of good conduct. |
