Admission & Transfer
Foreign Students
Foreign/International students should meet up with the age limit of the levels they are seeking admission into, which means they should not be more than two years older than their classmates. Please refer to the section on the age criteria for admission of international students for more information.

Applicants with Dependant’s Pass (DP) or with Immigration Exemption Order (IEO) or with either parent who is Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) have 2 options: 
1.Apply to our school directly by downloading the application here and submit it to our school. Shortlisted 
Applicants may be required to sit for the School’s Placement Test. The cost of Placement test fees for 1st 
subject is $44 and $22 for each subsequent subject.
 
2. Participate in the Admission Exercise for International Students (AEIS). This is a centralized test conducted by the Ministry of Education. Applicants who pass the test would automatically be offered a place in a suitable school, based on available school vacancies and their performance in the centralized test. There would be no school choices. You may login to the AEIS Webpage to find out more details on the AEIS exercise.

International students who are unable to make it for the AEIS exercise are required to sit for and pass the
Qualifying Test (QT) before making a direct application to schools. You may login to the QT Webpage to find out more details. Once you have obtained the QT results, please download the application here and submit it to our school. Shortlisted Applicants may be required to sit for the School’s Placement Test. The cost of Placement test fees for 1st subject is $44 and $22  for each subsequent subject.

Returning Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents (PR)
Students who are Returning Singaporeans have 2 options:

1. 
Apply to our school directly by downloading the application here and submit it to our school. Shortlisted
Applicants may be required to sit for the School’s Placement Test. The cost of Placement test fees for 1st 

subject is $44  and $22  for each subsequent subject.
 

2. Participate in the School Placement Exercise for Returning Singaporeans (SPERS) or in the Direct School 
Admission exercise. You may login to the Returning Singaporeans Webpage to find out more details. 
 
Application for Transfer
Sec 1-3 Students who are currently studying in a Singapore mainstream school and would like to seek for
transfer into our school may download the application
here and submit it to our school.
Application forms for St Hilda’s Secondary School can be submitted either personally or by facsimile at 67865011. Please ensure that the application form is duly completed and photocopies of relevant documents are attached before submission.

All original documents will have to be submitted to us for verification when the shortlisted candidates are called for interview in our School.
