The Hildan Sports Excellence programme (SPEX) is anchored upon our philosophy of providing a holistic education for our pupils.  While SPEX focuses on rigorous physical training and skills development, it also seeks to ensure that they grow to their potential off the sports field, that is, academically, emotionally and in character.
